Built for homes, buildings and fleets.
Maximises charging speed within your supply limit.
When household or building demand is high, Stride throttles charging current automatically. When demand drops, it ramps back up. Your supply is used as fully and as safely as it can be.
Upgrade charging speed. Not your charger.
Swap the power card as your needs grow. Stride auto-detects the new setup and gets you charging in minutes.
Available Power Cards: 3.3 kW · 7.4 kW · 11 kW
Hardware Safety — Protection in the silicon, not the firmware.
Integrated 6 mA DC residual current detection (IEC 62955). PE / PEN loss detection. Earth continuity monitoring. All running in dedicated FPGA logic — deterministic, predictable, every cycle.
Your charger gets smarter every year.
Tariff rules change. OCPP versions evolve. New vehicles bring new quirks. Vanix OS updates over the air — signed, secure, automatic — for the life of the unit.
48 hours. No cost. No obligation.
A Vanix engineer or Certified Installer visits your home, building or depot, checks your incoming supply, panel, earthing and cable run, and gives you a written installation plan with a fixed quote. You'll know exactly what's needed, exactly what it costs, and exactly when we can have you charging — before you commit to anything.
One working day for a home install. Phased for larger sites.
Vanix-trained technicians handle the full installation end to end: mounting, wiring, earthing, panel integration, commissioning, and final safety check. Every install includes a handover walkthrough so you know how your charger works before we leave. For buildings and fleet depots, we coordinate with your electrical contractor and any utility paperwork required in your jurisdiction.
Installations performed by Vanix in-house teams and Vanix Club Certified Installers.
From day one. For the life of the unit.
Plug in and charge. Stride learns your routine, shifts sessions to cheaper off-peak windows, and reports live energy use, cost and charging speed to your phone. Firmware updates arrive over the air at no extra cost — your charger gets better every year, automatically.
Monitor through the Vanix app or your existing OCPP platform.
Connected in under five minutes.
Plug in. Open the Vanix app. Scan the QR code on your Stride. Enter your Wi-Fi password — or skip straight to 4G if your unit has LTE. That's it. Your charger is paired, registered to your account, and ready for its first session.

"I've been using the Vanix EV charger for a few weeks now, and its smart features have completely changed my charging routine. Being able to track real-time statistics and monitor energy usage via the Vanix EVSE app is incredibly convenient. The remote control works flawlessly over Wi-Fi, allowing me to start or pause charging cycles without stepping foot in the garage. The build quality feels heavy-duty, and knowing it has built-in safety alerts for the battery gives me serious peace of mind for overnight charging. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, connected home charger."
"The physical Vanix EV charger hardware is fantastic—it charges efficiently, looks clean on the wall. However, the remote control experience can be a bit hit-or-miss and I don't blame it on Vanix because it is a little far away from my WiFi network. While the Vanix EVSE app is packed with helpful data like real time monitoring, it occasionally drops its Wi-Fi connection, requiring a quick toggle to get the remote commands to register. Once it's connected, I don't face any issues. If they patch the firmware stability, this would easily be a 5-star product."
Quick answers to common questions about EVSE charging solutions — installation, compatibility, billing, and more.
Typically one working day for a single-unit residential installation, after a 45-minute site assessment. Long cable runs or panel upgrades extend this; both are flagged in the assessment report before quote acceptance.
The Type 2 model supports every Type 2 vehicle worldwide. CP signalling follows IEC 61851 Mode 3 — current auto-negotiates with the vehicle's onboard charger. Type 1 (J1772) and GB/T variants are on the Stride roadmap for North America and East Asia.
Vanix Stride is single-phase, 230 V at 32 A (7.4 kW). Three-phase variants — Vanix Stride Pro 11 kW and 22 kW at 400 V — arrive in H2 2026. Frequency support spans 50 and 60 Hz.
Jurisdiction-specific. A single Stride on existing supply typically requires no separate filing in most markets. The site assessment checks available headroom and flags any local notification, application or interconnect requirement.
A current transformer on the building's incoming feed reports real-time load to a Vanix master controller. As aggregate draw approaches the sanctioned limit, charging current across active sessions is throttled proportionally — preventing breaker trips and tariff penalties without a supply upgrade. Up to 32 Stride units per controller.
Yes. Sessions are logged by user, unit and kWh. Billing settlement is via the Vanix app, through your eMSP, or via central reconciliation with monthly export. CSV, OCPI and API export all supported.
Operation continues. Scheduled sessions run, local authorisation works, session records cache on-device. On reconnection, the cache syncs — no sessions lost.
Designed to IP54 (dust and water spray) and IK10 (impact). Final IP / IK certifications in test at accredited lab. Operating range -10 °C to +55 °C, 5–95% RH non-condensing.
No vendor lock-in. The same Stride hardware can move between Vanix OS, any compliant CPO platform, or your in-house system without hardware change. Native implementation means full protocol coverage — not a wrapper.
The operator does. Vanix processes telemetry for fault diagnosis and product improvement only, and only with consent. Data residency options available for jurisdictions with localisation requirements. GDPR-aligned data handling.
[Term] comprehensive standard warranty on hardware, components and firmware. Extended warranty options available through Vanix Club partners.
Takeback through Vanix or local certified e-waste partners under applicable regulations (WEEE in Europe, e-waste rules in India, equivalent frameworks elsewhere). Documentation provided for corporate ESG and Scope 3 reporting.
