Powering the move to electric.
EV charging,
engineered properly.
Built for homes, buildings and fleets.
Dynamic Load Management
Automatically distributes available power across all active chargers in real time. 10 cars charging simultaneously? No tripping. No overload. No DISCOM complaint.
Smart Fault Detection
Continuous circuit diagnostics flag anomalies before failures occur — 24/7 protection for your home, society, or fleet charging network.
Power Card Swapping
Hot-swap between 3.3 kW, 7.4 kW, and 11 kW configurations in seconds — no tools, no downtime, no rewiring required.
How it works?
Free Site Assessment
Our certified engineer visits your site, checks existing load capacity, panel distance, and earthing — and gives you a written installation plan. No cost, no obligation.
Smart Installation
Our trained technicians handle the complete installation — from wiring and mounting to earthing and panel integration. Certified, insured, and done right the first time.
App Setup & Pairing
Connect your charger to the EVSE app in minutes. Set charging schedules, monitor energy usage, and control your charger remotely from anywhere.
Charge & Monitor
Plug in and charge. Track every session — energy consumed, time taken, cost saved. Your charger learns your patterns and optimises for off-peak rates automatically.
Built for every site
Same product family. Three deployment paths.

RESIDENTIAL
Wake up to a full battery.
Vanix Stride delivers up to 40 km of range per hour of charging — most overnight sessions finish before your morning coffee. Compatible with every Type 2 EV. Single-phase, fits standard residential supply.
BUILDINGS
Charging that fits your building's supply.
For multi-tenant residential, mixed-use developments and workplaces. Power Sharing across up to 32 units per controller. Per-user billing through the app. Integration with property management or building management systems.

FLEETS & CHARGE POINT OPERATORS
Open standards. Any platform.
OCPP 2.0.1 native — runs on any compliant CPO or eMSP platform. Schedules to time-of-use tariffs. Exports session data via CSV, OCPI or API for accounting, demand response and ESG.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to common questions about EVSE charging solutions — installation, compatibility, billing, and more.
Typically one working day for a single-unit residential installation, after a 45-minute site assessment. Long cable runs or panel upgrades extend this; both are flagged in the assessment report before quote acceptance.
The Type 2 model supports every Type 2 vehicle worldwide. CP signalling follows IEC 61851 Mode 3 — current auto-negotiates with the vehicle's onboard charger. Type 1 (J1772) and GB/T variants are on the Stride roadmap for North America and East Asia.
Vanix Stride is single-phase, 230 V at 32 A (7.4 kW). Three-phase variants — Vanix Stride Pro 11 kW and 22 kW at 400 V — arrive in H2 2026. Frequency support spans 50 and 60 Hz.
Jurisdiction-specific. A single Stride on existing supply typically requires no separate filing in most markets. The site assessment checks available headroom and flags any local notification, application or interconnect requirement.
A current transformer on the building's incoming feed reports real-time load to a Vanix master controller. As aggregate draw approaches the sanctioned limit, charging current across active sessions is throttled proportionally — preventing breaker trips and tariff penalties without a supply upgrade. Up to 32 Stride units per controller.
Yes. Sessions are logged by user, unit and kWh. Billing settlement is via the Vanix app, through your eMSP, or via central reconciliation with monthly export. CSV, OCPI and API export all supported.
Operation continues. Scheduled sessions run, local authorisation works, session records cache on-device. On reconnection, the cache syncs — no sessions lost.
Designed to IP54 (dust and water spray) and IK10 (impact). Final IP / IK certifications in test at accredited lab. Operating range -10 °C to +55 °C, 5–95% RH non-condensing.
No vendor lock-in. The same Stride hardware can move between Vanix OS, any compliant CPO platform, or your in-house system without hardware change. Native implementation means full protocol coverage — not a wrapper.
The operator does. Vanix processes telemetry for fault diagnosis and product improvement only, and only with consent. Data residency options available for jurisdictions with localisation requirements. GDPR-aligned data handling.
[Term] comprehensive standard warranty on hardware, components and firmware. Extended warranty options available through Vanix Club partners.
Takeback through Vanix or local certified e-waste partners under applicable regulations (WEEE in Europe, e-waste rules in India, equivalent frameworks elsewhere). Documentation provided for corporate ESG and Scope 3 reporting.
